GILSONITE:

Mixture of Gilsonite into asphalt relates to a base stock composition comprising a blend of Gilsonite natural asphalt and a rubber latex residue. The base stock may be used alone as a paving material or emulsified to form a gilsonite emulsion having a variety of uses.

The present invention is directed to an asphalt cement composition formed from petroleum asphalt, natural asphalt, reactive oil, and an elastomer. The elastomer has a gel content of up to about 95 percent by weight.

OXIDIZED BITUMEN:We are producing oxidized bitumen in various types of I,II,III including low,medium and high softening point with different penetration and hardness.The oxidized bitumen types including soft grade grade as oxidized asphalt 75/25 85/25 95/25 90/40 also medium grade 90/10 90/15 and hard grade including blown bitumen 115/15 110/15 105/5 105/15 105/35 and 150.

In Korea there are three oxidized bitumen manufacturer and they are mostly focused in distributing the blwon asphalt in local market.

All of oxidized bitumen manufacturer in Korea has problem to deliver high softening point to the client and normally blown asphalt with more than 100C as softening point importing to Korea.

PARAFFIN WAX:

Wax is a diverse class of organic compounds that are melt-able solids near ambient temperatures. They include higher alkane and lipids, typically with melting point above about 40 C (104 F), melting to give low viscosity liquids. Waxes are insoluble in water but soluble in organic, non polar solvents. Natural waxes of different types are produced by plants and animals and occur in petroleum .
